Aqeedah
The methodology of Aqeedah course and the foundations of religion aim to know Allah, love Him, and obey Him in the manner He pleases. This involves establishing the constants of religion in the soul, instilling the love for the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and following his guidance through intellectual, rational, then psychological and doctrinal approaches. This is divided into four stages: a preliminary stage followed by three progressive levels based on practical applications, reviews, and periodic tests.
The Aqeedah course and the Pillars of Islam are divided into four stages
Preliminary Level for Children
Suitable for children to establish their understanding of Allah and His Messenger, their love for them, knowledge of the Companions, the adoption of Islamic manners, leading up to the performance of prayer and mastering the pillars of Islam and faith in Allah.
Beginner Stage
Suitable for youth, it lays the foundation for attachment to Allah, contemplation of His words, and the practical reflection of this in their lives.
Intermediate Stage
Involves the study of the life of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and his morals in an educational and analytical manner aimed at emulating him.
Advanced Stage
At this stage of study, faith will take root in the heart, becoming alive with love for Allah and humbled before His Majesty. This will reflect on the entire body, trembling in reverence and awe of Allah’s greatness as the learner comes to know Him. At that moment, tears will flow and the body will quiver out of longing and love for Allah.
